Interior finishes
Finishes are where a renovation is judged.
From the first coat of bonding plaster to the last coat of paint, the surface is what you live with.
Inside the wall
Most of what matters is under the finish.
A solid brick wall with nothing in it loses heat at roughly 2.1 W/m²K. Add board, mesh and render to the outside and a typical wall lands near 0.30. Those are typical figures; a survey puts real numbers against your actual property — measured, not assumed.
The same logic runs through the rest of the work: the skim is only as good as the substrate, the render only as good as the beads, and the loft only as good as the ventilation left at the eaves.

Ask for a survey-only quote when you get in touch. The survey and retrofit pricing can be a project of its own.
How is the work billed?
Directly to you — as a fixed-project contract for building work, or as a service agreement for ongoing digital work.
Will the property be lived in during the work?
Tell us whether it will be. We plan around it: protecting floors and fittings and sequencing rooms where we can.
Which service should I start with?
